As part of the Future Business Leaders of America Region 3 Leadership Conference held at Â鶹ÊÓƵ for high school students on December 16, 2024, the Department of Finance and Economics offered breakout sessions.

Â鶹ÊÓƵ alumnus Dominic Rocco ’23 and Â鶹ÊÓƵ student Gabe Kengersky presented an overview of the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Student Managed Investment Portfolio and the Bloomberg technology opportunities that are available to all Â鶹ÊÓƵ students beginning in their freshmen year. Both Rocco and Kengersky had advanced through various SMIP student leadership positions, and both had served as Bloomberg Lab student managers.
FBLA Region 3 participating area school districts include Brookville, Homer-Center, Indiana, Ligonier Valley, Marion Center, Penns Manor, Purchase Line, River Valley, United, and West Shamokin.
It was a great opportunity to connect the past, present, and future across our alumni, current students, and prospective students attending this FBLA conference!
