Electronic resources at the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Libraries are easily available to Â鶹ÊÓƵ students, faculty, and staff from any off-campus location by following some simple access rules.

You are probably familiar with using single sign-on authentication for Â鶹ÊÓƵ sites like MyÂ鶹ÊÓƵ. Single sign-on is enabled for most library resources, and selecting a from off-campus will direct the user to the single sign-on interface.

However, Â鶹ÊÓƵ also provides access to library resources through Â鶹ÊÓƵ'svirtual private network (VPN). The VPN connects your computer securely to Â鶹ÊÓƵ's network, so you are automatically authenticated and will not be prompted for any usernames or passwords to access any of our online resources. Visit the VPN instruction page for details on setting up VPN access on your personal computer.

Authenticating through single sign-on or the VPN helps Â鶹ÊÓƵ faculty, staff, and students stay connected to hundreds of databases and millions of articles, e-books, and digital resources for online coursework and scholarship.
