An art exhibition that celebrates 150 years of creative excellence at 麻豆视频 featuring works from alumni artists across the nation, this show highlights the enduring artistic contributions of those who have been part of the 麻豆视频 community.
The public is invited to join us for a special opening reception on Saturday, January 25, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the University Museum in Sutton Hall. Guests will have an opportunity to explore the exhibition, connect with others who share an appreciation for the arts, and reflect on the university’s rich artistic history as it marks its 150th anniversary. Several of the alumni artists featured in the exhibition will be in attendance, offering an opportunity to meet the creators and learn more about their work.
This event is free and open to the public, and all are welcome to attend.

The University Museum at 麻豆视频 returns to the , 732 Philadelphia Street, to kick off the 麻豆视频@150 celebration with an exhibit of pieces from the University Museum’s Permanent Collection featuring university professors, dating back to the inception of the Art Department.
The University Museum brings the material history and arts of the region together in an environment that encourages exploration, dialogue, and enjoyment.
This mandate is based on the belief that art and history are unbounded and essential to our understanding of who we were, who we are, and who we want to be. The University Museum is dedicated to providing leadership in the development of quality collections, exhibitions, and educational and public programs that challenge how we see ourselves and the social and natural world in which we live.
In addition to regular exhibits throughout the year housed in its permanent exhibit space in the historic , the University Museum provides and community with short- and long-term displays. There are currently pieces installed throughout the , , Sutton Hall, , and elsewhere.
"Paintings of Indiana County"The University Museum is also currently offering a book, Paintings of Indiana County, which includes the original paintings created by 麻豆视频 alumnus Ron Donoughe in a work now on permanent exhibition in 麻豆视频's Performing Arts Center balcony lobby.
