Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ at Northpointe students who are experiencing problems using/accessing their computer account, MyÂé¶¹ÊÓÆµ, D2L, etc. are highly encouraged to seek help from Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ's IT Support. All students are required to download Duo, the multifactor authentication application to access their account.

Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ utilizes a Web Single Sign-on Service (WebSO) to handle access to the various services provided by the university. This allows user to use their Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ computing account username and a single password to access WebSO-configured services.
