I am saddened to let you know of the recent passing of P. Michael Kosicek, an associate professor in the Department of Management.
Dr. Kosicek joined the Â鶹ÊÓƵ community in 2002, teaching both undergraduate and MBA classes, and he was a longtime coordinator of the PhD in Business program. He came to Â鶹ÊÓƵ with more than two decades of experience in the power-generation industry. He completed three degree programs at Â鶹ÊÓƵ, including the PhD in Administration and Leadership Studies in 2004. He was active in service to the Eberly College of Business and served on a number of university committees. In 2018, he was recognized with the University Senate’s Distinguished Faculty Award for Teaching.
Memorial arrangements have not yet been announced.
