We had originally scheduled an Open Conversation for students and employees on April 27 as a celebration of Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s sesquicentennial.
After additional thought and discussion, we have decided to shift this event to a larger community-wide celebration: an expanded “Chalk the Walk” (annual sidewalk commentary contest) event on April 29 to mark the end of the sesquicentennial celebration.
More details will be posted on the Â鶹ÊÓƵ 150th anniversary web page, but please mark your calendars for this event, which will take place in and around the Oak Grove from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
I am always impressed with the talent and thought-provoking topics that are part of this annual event.
I look forward to celebrating with you on April 29.
