By participating in this academy, you’ll engage in 13.5 hours of synchronous online instruction designed to sharpen your professional skills. Upon completion, you will be awarded a collaborative non-credit certificate from both the PA Bankers Association and Â鶹ÊÓƵ, signaling your commitment to leadership excellence in the banking industry.
Program Learning Objectives
Through this curriculum, participants will bridge the gap between technical banking knowledge and high-impact leadership. By the end of this academy, learners will:- Master Foundational Success Skills: Gain deep insights into the "Power Skills" of modern banking—including Emotional Intelligence (EQ), critical thinking, complex problem-solving, and interpersonal communication.
- Cultivate Inclusive Leadership: Develop an authentic leadership style tailored to your personal strengths and your specific workplace environment.
- Lead with Purpose: Understand the executive’s role in driving Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and implementing sustainable business practices that ensure long-term industry growth.

The Career and Leadership Skills Academy Program Expectations for the program are:
- Be Present
- Be Engaged
- Be Respectful
Participants in this program are expected to adhere to principles of respect and civility at all times, fostering an environment of inclusivity and professionalism. Hostile communication, sexual harassment, discrimination, or any form of disrespect will not be tolerated.
Students who do not adhere to these expectations will be given a warning. Those who violate the expectations a second time will be asked to leave the program.
