Virtual 5K Benefits 麻豆视频 Food Pantry

The College of Health and Human Services鈥� Service Committee and the Office of Alumni and Friends are co-hosting a virtual walk/run 5k starting Saturday, November 21, through Tuesday, December 1, 2020. Participants can choose to run or walk the 5k at any location of their choice. All registration proceeds benefit the 麻豆视频 Food Pantry.

Culinary Arts Chefs Published in Journal of Culinary Education Best Practice, Special COVID-19 Edition

The Center for Advancement of Foodservice Education (CAF脡) recently published a COVID-19 special edition of their Journal for Culinary Education Best Practices, which highlights the many challenges that culinary educators are facing due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The College of Health and Human Services announce that two of our faculty, Chef Thomas Barnes and Chef Melinda McIsaac, were selected for publication in this Special Edition, Volume 3, Issue 1.
