After the Office of Human Resources receives the completed Employee Workplace Injury/Illness Incident Report filed by you and your supervisor AND any medical documentation from treating physicians, a claim is filed with Inservco Insurance Services, our third-party workers' compensation insurance company.
Inservco will review the claim information and determine if it is compensable under the Workers' Compensation Law. Once this determination is made, Inservco will notify you directly whether or not the claim is approved.

AFSCME and PSSU employees will be billed for their health benefits by the PEBTF.
SPFPA employees will be billed for their health benefits by the State System.
All employees who elected supplemental life insurance and/or long-term disability insurance will be billed for their premiums by the State System.
Any delinquency of payment on your behalf may result in termination of your health benefits and/or your supplemental life insurance or disability insurance.
