Adult Guitar I
Description:
In this 14-week course, students learn to read music and learn the essentials of playing a guitar. No experience is necessary. Students are required to have daily access to a guitar. If the minimum number of students is not met, those interested will be offered private instruction.

Fall Semester, 2025
- Tuesdays, 7:00–7:50 p.m., Room 303 (third floor classroom, Cogswell Hall), September 2 through December 9 (14 classes)
- Note: There will be a class on October 21 (part of Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s fall pause), but there will not be a class on November 25, the day before the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Thanksgiving break.
Spring Semester, 2026
- Tuesdays, 7:00–7:50 p.m., Room 303 (third floor classroom, Cogswell Hall), January 27 through May 5 (14 classes)
- Note: There will not be class on March 11 during the Â鶹ÊÓƵ spring Break.
Adult Guitar II
Description:
In this 14-week course, students extend their music reading and playing skills. Student must have taken Adult Guitar I or have approval from the instructor, and are required to have daily access to a guitar. If the minimum number of students is not met, those interested will be offered private instruction.
