If you are an Â鶹ÊÓƵ campus facility resident, you will be assigned a new mailing address. It will have a unique Zip Code (15705-5007) and a unique address identifier (CRIMSON HAWKS) for residence hall students only.
This address is used to direct all resident hall student mail to the centralized mailbox location at the Folger Hall .
Your New Address Will Be:
Your Full Name (FIRST, MIDDLE, LAST)
Crimson Hawks (followed by) #1234 (your four-digit mailbox number)
900 Maple St.
Indiana PA 15705-5007
or
Your Full Name (FIRST, MIDDLE, LAST)
900 Maple St. (followed by) #1234 (your four-digit mailbox number)
Indiana PA 15705-5007
These are the only two acceptable formats. The “900 Maple St.” line must be directly above the town line. The sorting/processing machinery read addresses from the bottom up. Dorm addresses are not valid mailing addresses.
The unique address identifier CRIMSON HAWKS, followed by your mailbox number and the Indiana PA 15705-5007 Zip Code, provides the United States Postal Service with information for mail delivery to Â鶹ÊÓƵ residence hall students. Parcel and package deliveries made through UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS will also be delivered to the 15705-5007 address.
DoorDash, Walmart deliveries, restaurant deliveries, etc. ARE NOT accepted. They are refused and returned to whoever is making the delivery. Only items that come via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL are accepted at this location.
Find Your Mailbox Number
All campus residence post office box numbers are assigned by the Office of Housing, Residential Living, and Dining, not the University Post Office.
To find your mailbox’s four-digit number,
- Log in to and go to All Cards. Search for “housing.”
- On the Housing and Dining card, click Housing and Dining Portal (StarRez).
Your Crimson Hawk mailbox number will be listed here.
Your information is sent to the University Post Office, where the mailbox is then assigned to you.
Mailbox numbers are not guaranteed to remain the same during your stay at Â鶹ÊÓƵ and may change at the semester’s beginning/end. Please make sure to check your information each semester.
