SAHE Alumna Honored With 2026 Lunardini Award

Susan Storrick Timko, MA, a 1991 SAHE alumna, has been named this year鈥檚 Ronald Lunardini Distinguished Alumni Award recipient, recognized for her extensive career in higher education and student success. With over 20 years of experience in advising, program development, and leadership, she continues to make a meaningful impact and has chosen to support the 麻豆视频 Food Pantry and Help Center with her award.

Lowery Recognized for Scholarship and Leadership in Student Affairs

John Wesley Lowery was recognized with the University College Outstanding Researcher Award at 麻豆视频 for his nationally recognized scholarship and leadership in student affairs. His continued contributions to research, professional organizations, and the field鈥攑articularly in student conduct鈥攈ighlight his lasting impact on higher education.

Benjamin and Lowery Present at NASPA Conference

Professors Mimi Benjamin and John Wesley Lowery represented 麻豆视频 at the 2026 NASPA Conference in Kansas City, contributing to multiple sessions and leadership efforts at the major student affairs gathering. Benjamin focused on strengthening academic鈥搒tudent affairs partnerships, while Lowery presented on higher education law, NASPA鈥檚 history, and campus culture topics, including work tied to an upcoming book.

Lowery Presents at ASCA Annual Conference

John Wesley Lowery presented at the Association for Student Conduct Administration annual conference in Washington, DC, on Saturday, February 14, where his closing session highlighted recent legislative and policy developments shaping higher education and student conduct.
