EasyPay is the online system used to pay bills. Students can access EasyPay through MyÂé¶¹ÊÓÆµ (use "View All Cards" on the top right to search for "EasyPay").
There are four ways to make a payment:
- By mail
- In person
- Credit card online through EasyPay
- Only Visa, Discover, or MasterCard are accepted. There will be a 2.95 percent convenience fee.
- Two charges will appear: one from Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ for the bill and one from TouchNet for the fee.
- Electronic (e-check) online through EasyPay
Students must set up an authorized user in EasyPay. To do so, log in to EasyPay through MyÂé¶¹ÊÓÆµ and select Authorized User on the navigation bar. It is highly recommended that students add their parents as authorized users rather than letting them log in through the student’s MyÂé¶¹ÊÓÆµ. Parents can access EasyPay through the . Both the student and all authorized users will receive an email notifying them that their bill is available.
Students have the option to enroll in a payment plan if they cannot pay their bill in one payment. To enroll, log in to EasyPay and locate the Enroll in Payment Plan button on the home page (refer to image below). Follow the steps to enroll in a payment plan for Summer 2025. There is a $35 setup fee. The installment payment plan outlines the eligible charges (current balance) and a payment schedule (three months for summer). Students will have the option to set up automatic payments or not.
